  • I-150 g ye-tuna.

Izithako zokugqoka isaladi yesaladi

  • I-120 ml ebilisiwe ubisi olunengxenye yamafutha enkani engu-3.5%;
  • 60 ml kokhilimu omuncu;
  • 1/2 isipuni sembewu yesinaphi;
  • 1 isipuni sejusi kalamula;
  • 1/2 ithisipuni eyomile oregano;
  • I-1 / isipuni se-basil eyomile;
  • 1/4 ithisipuni eyomile;
  • 1 i-clove yegalikhi;
  • 1 ingcosana kasawoti;
  • 1 ingcosana yepelepele emnyama.

Inani lezithako zale iresiphi ephansi ye-carb elise-2 servings. Ukupheka kuzothatha imizuzu eyi-15.
